My first use of Google Wave

Publié par payre le 2009/10/07

I have Google Wave since yesterday morning thanks to http://www.c0wb0yz.com/.

This is the second wave (ah ah) of invitations. Mine was sent on October 1st by http://www.c0wb0yz.com/ and therefore it took 5 days for the invitation to arrive.

I have unfortunately no invitation with my account but you can ask me for one in the comments of this post and as soon as I get some I will send it to you.

My first impressions about Google Wave are good. The graphic design is nice, as usual with Google. The menus look like and resemble GMail one’s. But the interface has more colour than GMail.

I have only one problem so far : I don’t manage to add robots to my contacts and to waves. Do you ? And if yes, how do you do to use robots ?

For example I would like to use rosy@wavesandbox.com the translator and tweety-wave@appspot.com the twitter API. But here is the error message I have when I try to add rosy or tweety :

Address
User does not have a Google Wave account.

Here is a comprehensive list of robots you can use :

Last message : If you have Google Wave already, you can add me to your contacts. My address is guillaume.payre@googlewave.com

Thanks.
